This week, we travel back to Kirkwood, Missouri to find how the City of Kirkwood bought the Kirkwood AMTRAK station and operate it. We will talk with the Mayor of Kirkwood, Art McDonnell and Station Master Bill Burckhalter and a station volunteer. We will also talk with the former tourism director of Washington, MO about how Washington became a AMTRAK stop, what we can do as railfans can do to help or city own station.
