Today's episode, I am going to talk to you about aptitude test and fire service recruitment within Australia and the main reasons why most people fail this test. So the first reason is that they just don’t prepare well enough or wing it and go into the test thinking that it's all going to be fine and they get stamped on questions that they've never seen before or haven’t seen for a very long time. The other reason is that they've practiced the questions but they haven’t found out what sort of questions they're going to face on the day specifically. So they've practiced the wrong questions and they go in there and have the same result.
