Mike is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and Certified Employee Assistance Professional (EAP) in private practice.  Mike served as the Director of EAP & Organizational Health for the San Francisco Giants from 2014 – 2019 in baseball operations with over 300 players and staff. He was the EAP Clinician at Cisco Systems Integrated Healthcare Center from 2009 - 2014.  Mike holds 2 Master’s Degrees: one in Clinical Psychology from JFK University and one in Political Science from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
