The prayer of faith is the prayer YOU declare out loud in full confidence that the words YOU speak will come to pass! Elijah prayed the prayer of faith, and it did not rain for 3 1/3 years. Then he prayed the prayer of faith again and it began to rain.
The prayer of faith is knowing YOU have the power to decree a thing and it shall come to pass.
As you decree the word of God aloud, you have all of heaven's power backing you up!
