 Kimberly R. McGhee is the principal attorney at Black & McGhee, A Professional Law Corporation. She is a Certified Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation, a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization, V.A. Certified Accredited Attorney, and member of the California Lawyers Association, Trusts and Estates Executive Committee (TEXCOM). She is licensed in California and Nevada.

 Ben Schwefel is a Partner at Murtaugh Treglia Stern & Deily LLP and is a certified specialist in Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate law by the State Bar of California.
