Thefts of Opportunity, as most like to call it, is when a loop hole(s) in your security procedures allows a window of opportunity for theft to happen. Without proper security tracking, it is very easy to provide an environment of “Opportunity” for an employee to commit fraud, steal money for monetary gain, and so forth.
