Today I’m going to share three questions you need to answer to help you set your goals and stay focused on them. The answers to these questions are the starting point and foundation of every action plan I’ve created after completing a back office assessment. 

If you don’t know the answers to these questions, then be sure to make the time to answer them today! The answers are key to how you operate your business as a team of one. And If you start building a team and you’re not super clear on the answers, that’s a recipe for disaster.

So get ready to deep dive into the basics you need to prioritize tasks to reach your goals this year.
