Today, we had the special honor of speaking with David Toupin. David is the co-founder of Obsidian Capital, an Austin-based real estate investment firm. In this episode we talked about how David started investing at the age of 19 and how age and background experience are not obstacles to take action and succeed.

David talks about his story on scaling and gaining multimillion-dollar properties and by the age of 24, became a key principal for over 50-million dollars in real estate holdings and has raised a capital of more than 10 million dollars.
