How to put your best foot forward?

When we want the best results, we also need to give our best. And giving best is not necessarily working very hard. Giving best is not necessarily intending and inviting challenges and going through all the problems and then proving that you did your best. 

You can only put your best foot forward when you begin anything with your total heart and soul in it. If there is a conflict between the heart and the mind, you may not be able to give your best. If there is a conflict between the soul level desires and human desires, you may not give your best.

If you feel you are doing under compulsion and given a choice, you would have chosen different options, you may not give your best. Keep the experiential objective in your mind and resolve to put your best foot forward.
The affirmation for today is:
I put my best foot forward to manifest the chosen experience.  Recite 21 times today.

The clearance statements are as follow: Recite at least  7 times each

I R5 my dependency on others

I R5 my need to blame circumstances or people for not being able to give my best.
