In this episode I interview Sharnie. Sharnie is a mother of 5 who has spent 22 years putting her needs at the bottom of the to-do list. Lots of coffee, minimal food, no energy, not enough hours in the day and to top it off, studying full-time as a midwife.
Sharnie shares the struggles and her story as she upgrades her survival routine so she can be more in control and make her health a priority without feeling guilty.
