For most of us women the womb has been forgotten, neglected and due to PMS (premenstrual syndrome) we've developed a terribly painful relationship with it. This episode gives you a Breathwork exercise to check in with the womb, rituals to experiment with every month, channeled prompts to journal, and my personal experience using acupuncture, bodywork and breathwork.
