Today on Aligned and Ambitious Radio, we are going to discuss reassigning meaning to things that are important for self care, like sleeping in and letting your body rest, that we may identify with as having a negative connotation, like being lazy.

 

Another example of this that I touch on in the podcast, is my story around how growing my instagram audience is hard.  This week I changed my mindset and told myself it’s easy and my instagram growth has been amazing. But the point is, it all comes down to the energy and your mindset and beliefs around those blocks that are creating resistance for you.

 

If you can reassign and change the meaning you are assigning something, huge amazing shifts can happen.
