In this day and age, it is a bit harder for our bodies to reclaim their harmony due to the influence of our fast paced life, external and internal stressors, toxicity from the environment, and so on. This is why modalities such as naturopathy have become so relevant for us, because it is by using the healing power of nature that we can support every system in our bodies to do their job and heal without much interference, simply allowing nature to work as intended. This is also a work of prevention and awareness, and of being open to learning about how our body, mind and spirit work together as a whole, and how we can support them.
In this conversation with Monica Andersson from Nordic Health, a Naturopath, Massage Therapist and Reiki Practitioner, we talk about how naturopathy and its wholistic principles can help us find homeostasis (our harmonious state), and take care of ourselves beyond receiving treatment for a particular condition. She also shares with us a few tips on how we can start using natural remedies at home to help us relax our nervous system, support our adrenal glands, feel at ease and more!
If you live in Sydney, Australia, there is a little present here for you, so make sure you listen until the end! ;)
