Are you at a place in your life where you want to give up? Do you feel as though your mental health is constantly under attack? Has depression crept in and maybe you’ve even contemplated thoughts of suicide as a way of escape? You are not alone. The World Health Organization reports that more than 264 million people suffer from depression and statistics show that every 40 seconds someone commits suicide. When you are burnt out you become vulnerable to a variety of attacks. Satan will stop at nothing in order to beat you down. Strong mental health is something that we all need but few of us make it a priority. Instead we go from one event to the next and our lives begin to run on autopilot never realizing that our souls are in a serious state of deterioration. Jesus said to come to Him because that is where we find rest for our weary souls (Matthew 11:28). Many of us are at a place of soul exhaustion and it seems impossible to fight or even see a way out, but there is. You can be free; you can be delivered, and you can be renewed. God doesn’t care about everyone else BUT you. That’s impossible, don’t feed on those lies! He loves you so much and He wants to restore you today! If you, or someone you know, are struggling with mental health, depression, thoughts of suicide, anxiety or hopelessness, even sporadically, then this message is for you!
