You cannot get rid of sadness or anger!
We are humans. We are going to experience emotions no matter what.
It would not be realistic to think you will never experience sadness or anger. It may even result in suppression which causes stress and drains your energy.
At the end of the day, it is a natural human function to feel these emotions.
