After leaving the military, Rich returned to Pennsylvania and began work with his father in the soft pretzel business. 25 years ago, he and a partner bought Rosati Ice which is not only America’s First but also the World’s Best Italian Ice. Rosati Ice cups are offered in schools across the country and are made to meet the guidelines of nutritional lunch programs.
