When you feel negative thoughts have taken over your peace of mind then you should do something about it. Start being aware of the negative thoughts. Once you start noticing and being aware of the negative thoughts then start jotting them down and release them by saying I release this thought. It could I release all the arguments from my relationship. I release fear of darkness. I release poverty thoughts etc. It could be anything that you think in a negative manner just say I release and feel that it's gone. There are other techniques however this is one of them. Do it and experience peace.
