In this show we head to Jerry's place in Michigan's Upper Peninsula to shoot a video on how to remove the Y-Bone from Northern Pike. There are some who will not keep the pike they catch because of the troublesome Y-Bones. Once the Y-Bone is removed from the fillet, you will find that these fish are some of the best table fare around and well worth the time to cut the Y-Bones out.
