Call to Worship

One: Jesus says, “Whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven.”

All: May we be bound in love.

One: We are bound up with so many things like: aging parents and partners. School. Work. Church.

All: May we be bound with love.

One: Sometimes it can feel so overwhelming

All: the one we understand and the one we don’t,

One: What will we take with us into eternity? Our wealth? Politics? Relationships?

All: Whatever we take, may we be bound with love. Amen.
