There are times in history that are times of change, and when they happen and social evolution is really taking place, we are able to see a lot clearer the deep, hidden problems that are now surfacing out.

When we can see the pain and we can see what we really know to be uncomfortable, then we can do something about it. But moving things in any direction can be a lot easier with the people we know well. So how can we deal with the individuals that we don’t know? What can and should we say?
