Today I'd like to respond to an excellent video by Beau of the Fifth Column on how white people should respond to racism they see.  Beau did an excellent discussion on how to respond to more overt displays of racism.  I would just like to add my thoughts on responding to the more "covert" racist takes, ones coming from people who may not even acknowledge or consciously be aware of their own racism.
