What happens when two entrepreneurs with ADHD and a propensity to swear record a podcast episode? Well, you can find out!

 

We joined forces to discuss the idea that "the rest is the work". Resting is as important as any work we do. Growing up in a society that vilifies laziness, rest and napping have led us to burnout and give ourselves a hard time if we're anything but productive and efficient.

 

We stick two fingers up to hustle culture and work every hour under the sun. We say hello to rest, naps, putting ourselves first and going unscheduled breaks when you can't be arsed!
