Mimi Moss is the Director of Strategic Partnerships at reacHIRE. reacHIRE works with progressive organizations like T-Mobile, Fidelity and Wayfair to create meaningful career opportunities for experienced professionals who are looking to rejoin the workforce after a career break. reacHIRE's Return-to-Work programs provide candidates with interview and resume prep, comprehensive training, and a community of support so they re-enter the workforce confident of the value they can add to an organization. Mimi brings an extensive background in elementary education, non-profit program management and recruiting to reacHIRE. During her own career break, she was an active volunteer in her children’s school and in the Boston community. Mimi graduated from Brandeis University with a B.A. in American Studies and certification in Elementary Education. She lives in Boston with her husband and 2 daughters.
