It was my pleasure to have a great family friend, Trent LessAr on the first episode of the Another Day Leveled Up podcast.
I believe the power is in your mindset and I saw this at play watching Trent’s journey from afar. This man managed to will himself to win both the 2013 Teen Mr. Colorado State, and Novice Middleweight Rocky Mounty bodybuilding championships. He then went on to help build a solar company that is doing more than well we could say.
But Trent hadn’t always been the kid crushing it, that’s also why I found it so fascinating to watch!
In this episode we go over the key mindsets Trent used to will himself out of a lack of self belief, to a realm of certainty. Discussing how one goes about competing at the highest level and actually wins, the importance of mentors, and the role relationships play in achieving success!
