On this episode, I’m going to talk to you guys about how to run YOUR own race, or rather how to get out of your own head of what you think you should be doing and just DO THE THING. I get into how that philosophy has helped me to help the athletes I coach towards HUGE PRs, or how I watched my runner this weekend break 1:30 in the half marathon, as well as push myself to a 1:18 (or 6 minute mile pace) for 13.1 miles of “I don't wanna do this... but I’m doing it anyway.”
