hese past few years have been a wild ride, with the c word, and all the changes it made to our world, 2022 has been no different. I’m sure I speak for all of us when I say that everything has gotten super expensive. From fuel to our groceries to the prices of rent and property, its like no one has been able to catch a break no matter what industry you’re in or where you’re from. I’ve even heard that interest rates for mortgages will be sky rocketing very soon. 


In all my years of being a fitness coach, I know that dropping your fitness routine is usually one of the first things to go when cash gets tight. 

Today I share how you can save money and still get the results you'd see if you continued training with your PT.
