On Monday the governor announced that in order to conserve water, state buildings won’t be allowed to water the lawn between the hours of 10 am and 6 pm. The order also requires state agencies to turn off sprinklers during rainstorms. He’s already declared a state of emergency due to the drought. So we asked Linda Towns with Jordan Valley Conservancy District how much -- or little-- we should water our own lawns.
