    Sales Tips: Have the courage to reach out and be authentic (even if you don't remember who the person is or how you met them).

    Remember: we all have stuff going on in our lives. You never know what someone else is going through. 

    Exercise : Imagine a basket outside the front door and dump all your stuff in it before starting your workday.

    Suzy’s follow up system for leads and new clients:

    • Organize all the data in an excel spreadsheet
  • Get their email
  • Organize by First Name, Last name (alphabetical order)
  • Note where you met them ie. which zoom call or conference
  • List the date you met them
  • Phone number
  • What part of the country they live in
  • What they do/occupation
  • Separate with green line after each entry (per location)
  • Follow up with calls and texts to schedule appointments (or hire someone to do this step for you). 
  • Don't be afraid to keep calling - you never know what’s going on in their life
  • Ask people if they would like you to stop calling them, otherwise keep calling!
