Country music star John Rich is coming to Ohio to perform a charity concert for veterans with missing limbs.

Rich, of Big & Rich and Lonestar, talks with our Stephanie Haney on this week's 3 Things to Know podcast about why he's so honored to headline the November 10 event organized by the Travis Mills Foundation.

The Travis Mills Foundation is a non-profit organization that provides mental health services, physical support and opportunities for entertainment for "recalibrated veterans," meaning military members who lost limbs in combat.

The foundation was founded by Staff Sergeant Travis Mills, a "recalibrated veteran" himself, who is one of only five veterans to have lost all four limbs in Iraq and survive.

Rich will be joined at the show at the Lorain Palace Theater by the family of US Navy Corpsman Maxton Soviak, who was killed in action in the recent attack on the Kabul Airport in Afghanistan, and former Cleveland Browns quarterback Bernie Kosar.

Rich also shares how you can meet him and Kosar at the show, and talks his many other projects, from his TV show on Fox Business Network to his American whiskey, Redneck Riviera.
