Others don’t want to see into the future, because they believe if they saw something they didn’t like, they would have no power to change it. 

The reality is that to a certain extent, we can see into the future, and we can do something about it if we see something we don’t like in our future. Thoughts create actions. Actions create habits. Habits create character. And your character is your destiny—in the workplace and in relationships. In every sphere of life, your character provides significant insight into your future.”
