I sound really tired on this one because I was. Stayed up late trying to wait for background noises to die down and it just didn't happen. So I got up early to record this because I was really excited to talk about this. There are a lot of things in here that could use hours of discussion, but I wanted to glaze over the top so you can start thinking about this stuff while deciding in sales and marketing tactics.
