As we all know, Ramadan is a month of spiritual growth and self-improvement, and setting goals can help us make the most of this holy month. In the beginning, I discuss the importance of spiritual growth during Ramadan and introduce the concept of SMART goals, which stands for specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound. Then, I explain how to set SMART goals by providing examples and emphasizing the significance of setting goals that align with our values and priorities. To prioritize our goals, I suggest reflecting on our values and priorities, making a list of goals, ranking them in order of importance, and focusing on the top three or four goals. I also advise breaking down our goals into smaller, more manageable tasks to make them less overwhelming and easier to achieve. Remember, it's not about the number of goals we set, but how meaningful and impactful they are to our lives. I hope this video will inspire you to set SMART goals and achieve them during Ramadan.
