What's up, babe?! Happy Thursday and welcome back to the Boldly Courageous podcast! I'm so grateful that you're here. Today we're going to talk about staying committed to your overall goals. One of my goals that I set coming into quarantine was to be healthier and wealthier by the time this was over. I've set goals like this before, and I find that what keeps people stuck from actually achieving goals is that they don't have a plan. For me, it's really about anchoring into small decisions and small choices and reminding myself of my WHY. In this episode, I talk about some ways YOU can become more intentional about YOUR goals, make them happen, and celebrate each step along the way!
