In this episode we touch on how to set goals. I had the pleasure of asking my 9yo to shed some insight after a goal setting session I did with her for the first time. 

This is a great episode if you desire to learn how to effectively set your goals and create an action plan that will be necessary to achieve it.

It certainly addressed the action part and energetic part of things when it comes to goal achievement.
