We talk about the advantage of setting 90-day goals vs. annual goals, or in addition to annual goals. The key is to have big audacious goals but break them down into bite-size chunks that are manageable and won't overwhelm you.

Think about a list of 3 things for each quarter and how you can prioritize them to ensure that you accomplish them.
