Today's episode, The Parable of the Lost Team Member, is inspired by the Parable of the Lost Sheep in Luke 15 in the Bible. While no human can ever life up to Jesus' example, we an aspire to emulate his concern and effort to take care of the one lost member of the team as much as we do about the other ninety-nine members.

"Suppose one of you has a hundred sheep and loses one of them. Doesn’t he leave the ninety-nine in the open country and go after the lost sheep until he finds it?" - Luke 15
