Today our guest Brooke Ansley, a 700-hour Certified Hypnotherapist, 200-hour Registered Yoga Instructor and creator of Happy Body Blueprint, created a community that teaches women how to reclaim control over their health and habits with self hypnosis. And, she recently launched her new podcast, Happy Body to make an even further impact on wellness.
She used to pride herself on how busy she was. You know that “hustle” mentality that sucks the soul right out of you? She equated her hustle directly to her worth. After a regular doctor appointment that resulted in sending her home with meds which only exacerbated the feelings of being disconnected from her body, she changed everything.
