What would it feel like to live in richness and abundance on a continuous basis?If you could wake up with peace of mind, feeling the zest for life, knowing that you are and have more than enough?

 

So often we are trying to rush through our lives into a better feeling yet we are not allowing it to come as we are stuck in what is. 

 

To prime your mind into possibilities and abundance you get to first shift your mindset and how are you feeling in the NOW. 

 

One of my favorite ways is to recall your favorite memories about the subject you are attempting to feel better about. 

 

For example, for me it is my grandma. 

She has been going through healing this last year and she is in and out from her wellbeing. 

 

I could focus on:Not being able to be with her

Not being able to take care of her

Living in a different country 

My hopelessness when she is unwell

 

Or I can appreciate:My prosperity so I can send her all she needs

Money that I can send my family so she is taken care of

Trusting the healing 

How loved and supported I am when I am feeling low 

 

To shift how I feel about her healing I recall my favorite memory of her. When I used to live in Spain she came to visit me and I treated her as the queen, shopping, restaurants, massages, pedicures, sitting under jasmine blooming trees and BEing fully present with her. 

 

I remember the day we didn’t remember to bring her hat on the beach and I rolled my white t-shirt around her head and she was picking shells on the beach and I had such an immense feeling of joy, appreciation and freedom. 

 

Those are the moments I focus on and I can tell you that when I feel better I can create better for her.
