• Most business owners begin by tiptoeing into it and starting a side hustle, hoping that side hustle will turn into the six-figure revenue goal that they envisioned.
• You can earn six figures in revenue for your business, but it does not equate to six figures for you. 
• When you are seeing clients with insurance and you lose a physical therapist, then you need to stop those services. It means that income comes to nothing, and angry customers don’t understand why you need to charge them with cash.            
• Being a cash-based PTA clinic owner is terrifying because you must determine whether your clients are willing to pay for the services that you provide.
• As a business owner, your goals should completely depend on your personal revenue and not on the revenue of the business.
• Ownership contains hard work, determination, and money. However, hiring, training, and onboarding the wrong person into the business can lead to many losses.
• If you don’t have a clear message, then you are not going to clearly get the customer that you are looking for.  
• You need to learn sales and be proficient at it. Learn how to convert and vent your leads. 
• You need to be aware of the financial decisions that you are making so that you can earn a paycheck for yourself and not just provide for your employees. You should be the highest-paid employee in your business.
