In this episode, I'll teach you a quick brain shifter that will snap you out of your usual routine and help you identify and overcome the fear that is holding you in place. What I teach in this episode sounds so silly and simple, and that's exactly why it can be difficult to convince ourselves to do it. However, I'd like to ask your cynic to step aside today and give this a try.
Because one of the best ways to tap into our creative goodness is to shift your brain out of the humdrum state it's in and activate some new neural pathways.
And the best way for you to build courage, increase your opportunities for connection and collaboration, and even to be a better leader or entrepreneur is to allow yourself to share imperfect things. This activity will do both of these things in a super safe, easy, and powerful way.
