I embarked on this path of entrepreneurship without any business and marketing knowledge. I thought that I could rely on word-of-mouth referrals to get clients. But when Covid struck, I was forced to shift everything online. I had no online presence, I was not tech-savvy. What should I do? I thought that by enrolling in a coaching program will help me to get the skills that I need...FAST.
