Compassion is an important human trait. But it can also be seen as intimate and too personal to be in the workplace.
I asked Sara Oblak Speicher, Marie Wright and Domenico Ciarallo how they thought compassion could be used in a professional environment. When I was editing this video I noticed the difference between the example Domenico provided of compassion and how Sara, Marie and I talked about it.
