In a world of going and doing, slowing down feels like a sacred art sometimes right?  We have so many things to do, so many places to be, the to do list never seems to go away.  Yet, slowing down is VITAL for our well being. 

In this episode, I am going to teach you my top tips on slowing down and also being present.  They are simple and easy to implement and follow.

  • What's my truth about relaxing?

  • What can I do to fill my time in a way that feels aligned?
