Aging is a process that we all go through, whether we like it or not. Our bones lose some of their volume, our muscles atrophy, and in the skin itself, the collagen shrinks up, so we have less of the hydrating agents in the dermis. We cannot avoid these structural changes, but we can at least help our bodies to slow them down.
