Meet Jorge Benavente

I believe that everything in an organization rises and falls on the quality of its leadership. Whether its a household, sports team, business, or boy scout troop, the leader dictates the success of the organization.

 I've worked diligently to fine-tune and hone this skill. Although I am a work in progress, I have been fortunate to lead great people and great teams in both sports and business.
