Did you know? After 6, 7 or 8 hours of sleep our bodies are pretty dehydrated.

Dehydration can affect your memory, stress level, mood, attention to detail and overall performance.

That's why I start my day drinking, at least, 8 oz. of water. Yes, before my coffee.
