The Apostle Peter was almost never calm. He was often brash and bold and impulsive! He was rebuked by 2/3rds of the trinity! This is what makes this passage he writes to the scattered Christians even better. We get to see first hand how Jesus changes him and wants to change us. This is an action oriented passage that tells us HOW TO keep our peace in a crazy world.
