Episode 141

Our world changed overnight...drastically!  When things change so quickly and we aren’t sure when life will get back to normal it's hard to stay focused. 

I’ve experienced it first hand. It seems like my brain is in overdrive and a million thoughts and ideas come rushing in and they leave just as quickly making my mind and actions ping pong - jumping from one task or project to another.  Sometimes, I forget what I was thinking of, I lose ideas, walk into rooms without knowing why. AND It’s happened more than I would like to admit.

Truthfully, that’s not how I like to operate. In fact, I pride myself on my organization skills and love that I can juggle many things at once and most of all, I like to start something and finish it to completion.  On today’s episode, I am going to share with you what I have done to help me get back on track and stay focused.  Tune in now!
