Growing up as a Third Culture Kid, I experienced constant change that took a toll on my mental well-being. Despite outward appearances, I struggled with exhaustion, disconnection, and numbness throughout high school and university. Seeking help through counseling was a turning point, but the road to recovery was tough. I flunked out of university, battled chronic fatigue syndrome due to long-term side effects of COVID, and went through the stages of depression. So today I wanted to share with you my journey of brokenness to witness the resurrection of hope and healing. But, this journey isn't just about me—it's for anyone facing tough times.
