The holidays are coming up, while it is an exciting time of the year for some, for others it can be incredibly nerve wracking thinking about all the unhealthy habits that come with the silly season. In this episode I explore some healthy tips that I either use or have begun to find useful. Remember guys, healthy is a practice, it takes time to create a routine and one day, one week, one month, is not going to throw your life upside down. Be patient with yourself and more importantly, enjoy this holiday period.
